Biography

Adam Brink brings over two decades of in-house experience to his business-driven approach to intellectual property law. He has managed expansive global IP portfolios for some of the world’s most recognized companies. At The Clorox Company, he led trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing. At Block, Inc., he safeguarded international technology and fintech brands. While at Etsy, he handled a broad range of IP matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and DMCA issues.

In addition to his corporate work, Adam has run his own IP law practice, advising both startups and established companies across a wide array of industries—from food and beverage to biotech, life sciences, software, event production, insurance, pet products, clothing, and influencer branding.
