Marty Linne

Marty Marie Linne is a solution-oriented lawyer who has successfully advised global public, pre-IPO, and private companies across technology, ecommerce, transportation, and logistics sectors.  Marty currently provides fractional GC services and legal work for diverse clients ranging from public SaaS companies to PE-owned consumer products businesses.  Her practice spans venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell-side), securities and corporate governance, with particular expertise in cross border transactions. As a GC, Marty’s practice has successfully extended to privacy, regulatory compliance, litigation management and employment law.

Marty has held senior legal positions at industry leaders such as Intel and served as GC of StubHub and other private companies. Marty has also served as a Managing Director in corporate development roles in Europe and the US. This business experience has helped refine Marty’s legal skills and enables her to assist companies in successfully mitigating legal risk while continuing to achieve business goals.

Marty maintains active membership in the California Bar and serves as an Executive Board Member and Committee Chair for Girls on the Run Bay Area, a non- profit focused on emotional growth of girls through physical activity.  She is also an Advisory Board Member for Athena Vector Technology LLC, a startup developing technology to produce insecticide aimed at eliminating malaria.

When not advising clients or serving on boards, Marty is a proud mom to a college student and doting pet parent to several dogs and cats who keep her busy and entertained. Her commitment to excellence extends from the boardroom to her home life, where she balances her professional achievements with the joys of family and pet parenthood.
