Wendy Williams

Wendy Webb Williams focuses her practice on business law, commercial law, employment law, commercial litigation management, and executive strategy consulting. Ms. Williams was previously the General Counsel and VP of Operations for Pairwise Plants in Durham, NC., the Chief Legal Officer for Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, LLC in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and General Counsel, North America and Europe for Mead Johnson Nutrition, makers of infant formula Enfamil® prior and during their acquisition by Reckitt Benckiser in Chicago, IL. Prior that, Ms. Williams spent ten years in progressive in-house business roles, and two years as an Assistant Attorney General for the Maryland Department of Economic Development. Ms. Williams entered private practice at McGuire Woods LLP and began her legal career serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Bell, Chief Judge (ret) of the Maryland Court of Appeals, now the Maryland Supreme Court.

Ms. Williams is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is a member of The Board of Trustees of Hampshire College, where she sits on the Business Operations, Audit (chair), and the Academic Affairs (chair) committees and is co-Chair of the Presidential Search committee. She spends her free time gardening and reading mystery series.
